Train with Me

With a custom training plan, you can train on your own time with a personalised program and ongoing coaching support.

You get:

  • Introductory call (30-45 minutes) to discuss your goals, schedule, and training history

  • Personalised and progressive 8-week program designed around your dance goals & schedule

  • Video demos and clear instructions for each exercise

  • Ongoing coaching support for questions, modifications, and progress check-ins

  • Optional form feedback through video submissions

 

Best for:

  • Dancers who want structure but prefer training independently

  • Those with variable schedules or limited availability for live sessions

$120 (8-week program)

How it works

The process is simple:

1. Complete the application form

2. In a few days, you'll receive the calendar link to book your first session

3. We hop on a video call to discuss your goals and schedule

4. Training starts!
