About Lizzy
I’m a dancer-turned strength and conditioning coach helping dancers train smarter, get stronger, and move with confidence.
I started dancing at 11 and fell in love with ballet at 15. Like many late starters, I spent years chasing flexibility, strength, and better technique - only to end up frustrated, sore, and unsure how to make real progress. I stretched constantly, practiced obsessively, and tried Pilates, but still felt like my body was working against me.
Years later, while training as a Pilates instructor, I realised something important: dancers need more than just mobility and core work. We need real strength, athletic development, and science-backed strategies for injury prevention and performance.
Today, I hold a certificate in Strength and Conditioning and am completing my BSc in the field.
My mission is to give dancers the tools I wish I’d had -clear, practical, evidence-based training that builds a resilient body, supports your technique, and helps you feel strong and capable, both in and out of the studio.
